My Favorite Jewelry Story
I was shaking in my seat as we ate dinner. Somehow, minutes seemed like hours, yet an hour felt like a minute. There wasn't anything on my mind except for the small box in my pocket. A few short moments after we received our fancy evening meal, I asked the waitress for the bill. Anxious as I'd ever been, I gulped down a few bites of pork chop as I stared across the table at the girl I called girlfriend for the last time. As I stood up I took a deep breathe and filled my face with a smile. Only later to realize I forgot to sign the bill... Minor detail, I had a more important task at hand...
As we stepped outside of the restaurant, my girlfriend saw a setup with a red carpet, rose petals, and her cherished telescope (special thanks to my brother and friends Ethan & Paul for the setup). After a few moments of looking through the telescope, I got down on one knee and asked the woman of my dreams to marry me.
Life's special moments always make the best stories. We are so glad that we can share this with all of you and can't wait to celebrate all the amazing stories to come.
Now, back to work!
