Terms and Conditions
ONE OF A KIND. Our jewelry is handmade and while our artisans are extremely talented and there are quality control checks to ensure consistency with production, the sizing, coloring and shape may vary from product to product due to the handmade nature of our pieces.
PRODUCT CARE. Please treat and wear your jewelry with care. Protect jewelry from sharp blows, extreme temperatures, sunlight, and rough or hard surfaces. Jewelry should not be submerged in water as this may altar the texture or change the appearance. We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed, swimming or showering, and when participating in physical activity. Wait until you’ve applied your make-up, perfume and hairspray before putting on your jewelry.
ORDER STATUS. We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.
ORDER CANCELLATION. Regular orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped. For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed into production.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. Unworn, unaltered jewelry with tags attached and in its original packaging may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please email contact@urbainmn.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than at www.urbainmn.com. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. Custom Items cannot be returned.
REPAIRS. At our discretion, your piece will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturer defects are found in the first 12 months from the date of the purchase. Normal wear and tear and customer abuse is not covered.
RESIZING. Pieces may be resized on a case-by-case basis, and come with a flat resizing fee of $35. Please allow 2 weeks for resizing.

SHIPPING. Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses in the United States, Canada and most European Countries. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Urbain is not responsible for orders to post office boxes. Shipping charges are calculated at Checkout.
SALES TAX. Orders shipping to Minnesota will be charged the standard sales tax rate of 6.875 percent. All other orders are not subject to sales tax.
COPYRIGHT. The following elements of this Website are the property of Logan Ketterling, LLC d/b/a Urbain or our suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws: all text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—both individually and as they are compiled on the site.
TRADEMARK. The trademarks of Logan Ketterling, LLC d/b/a Urbain may not be used without our written permission. Trademarks include the Urbain name and logo, and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names of Urbain products, services, and programs, and those of our affiliates. All other trademarks which appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us or our affiliates.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. By visiting this Website, you agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota, will govern the use of our Website by you without regard to any conflict of laws and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us or any of our affiliate. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota. If any dispute, controversy or claim arises between the parties with respect to this Agreement or any future amendment to this Agreement, the parties will submit the matter for mediation before a mutually agreed upon mediator. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, the matter will be heard by a mediator appointed through the Minnesota Mediation Center or similar service if Minnesota Mediation Center no longer exists. If mediation does not result in agreement, the parties agree to Minnesota state courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota, as the venue for any litigation regarding this Agreement, including the rights and obligations of any party to this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. We caution and advise you that we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to this Website, its content, or the information available on or through it or any products which you purchased through it; they are provided “as is,” with all faults. Except as otherwise provided under applicable laws, we and our corporate affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns of each, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of this web site or any other Website linked to it, or for any products purchased through it, other than set forth in these terms and conditions or as required by law. This limitation of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information, even if we are notified in advance of the potential for any such damages.
